Refund policy

At Royal Stitch Boutique, each item is custom-made just for you through our trusted production partners. Because of this, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (example: ordering the wrong size or color).
We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive:

Misprinted, defective, or damaged

Different than the size or item originally ordered

Lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days after the estimated date)
To report an issue, please email us at Melody@Royalstitchboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the product if applicable.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Orders
If an incorrect shipping address is provided or a package is unclaimed, the order will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once a valid address is confirmed.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products such as face masks or other sealed items once opened.
Refunds
If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
