Processing & Fulfillment:
All items are custom-printed and generally ship within 2–7 business days.

Shipping Times:
- USA: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
(Delays may occur due to carriers, holidays, or customs.)

Tracking:
All orders include tracking information, provided once the item ships.

Free Standard U.S. Shipping on Retail Orders $100+
Retail orders qualify for free standard U.S. shipping when the merchandise subtotal is $100 or more after discounts and before tax. Below $100, applicable shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items and destination. Expedited shipping and international shipping are excluded from this offer.

Custom, Ministry & Group Orders
Custom, ministry, and group products retain their separately arranged shipping terms. Shipping charges for these products may still apply, including when combined with retail items.

Multiple Shipments
Items made by different production partners may ship separately. Tracking information is provided as each shipment is dispatched.

Lost Packages:
If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at Melody@Royalstitchboutique.com so we can resolve the issue.
